Three things are killing your growth:

2. 3x/week with no content architecture is 3x the noise. You need a weekly anchor post — one meaty thread every Tuesday that you can promote all week. Single tweets without a thread strategy don't build followers; they get likes and disappear.

3. At 340 followers, posting is 20% of the work. The other 80% is engagement. You need to spend 20 min/day replying to 10-15 posts from >5K-follower accounts in your niche. This is how the algorithm surfaces you to new audiences.
