1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any website, application, or service operated by Kymata Labs LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), including but not limited to PercentEase, BMI Calc Now, CalcMyCompound, CalcMyPeptide, and The Bioregulator Atlas, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Services

Kymata Labs LLC provides digital tools, calculators, reference platforms, and information services accessible via web browsers and mobile applications. Some services are free, while others offer premium features or digital goods available for purchase.

3. Digital Goods & Payments

All purchases of digital goods and premium features are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

  • All prices are displayed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase and include any applicable taxes.
  • Digital goods are delivered instantly upon successful payment confirmation.
  • Refunds for digital goods are handled on a case-by-case basis. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once a product has been delivered and accessed.
  • Recurring subscriptions, where applicable, can be cancelled at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your payment information and account credentials.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property displayed on our platforms are owned by Kymata Labs LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or content without prior written permission.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any service, system, or network
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our platforms without permission
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Health-related tools (BMI Calc Now, CalcMyPeptide, The Bioregulator Atlas) are for informational and research purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Financial tools (CalcMyCompound, PercentEase) provide calculations for educational purposes and should not be considered financial advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kymata Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
